She comes from a family of creative problem-solvers. Over 30 years ago, her mother-in-law, Jan Rogers, invented one of the first visual timers, a simple tool that grew into something much bigger, helping reduce anxiety and restore a sense of agency.

Today, Heather is an advocate for time equity, shaped by the realities of supporting a neurodiverse household and leading Time Timer.
