Well, it's always a gamble when you are getting stuff online and it's from Facebook, and it's not on Amazon, so I wasn't sure if it was legit. I did research and figured it was worth my time b/c I use an ADHD Time Timer and it's helpful so I thought this would be helpful too.

I usually prefer physical books buuuuut this ebook was way more practical and helpful than the $20 tangible ones I’ve bought on Amazon.
